Hi all!
Oh man, February just came in and knocked us out with a blast of cold up here in Wisco! Tomorrow I am heading to Minneapolis with John to hang with my sisters, my son and some great friends in the bitter cold, and to join in some of the craziness that surrounds the Super Bowl! I am fired up- except that we have literally JUST gotten over the flu, and I still barely have a voice back. It's a horrible occupational hazard! Let's hope the furnace inside and the cold outside won't result in a relapse- there is way too much going on to get sick again!! Right?
I would like to let you know about these four things for sure:
1. I am beginning to communicate much more on Facebook Messenger. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have you join my list! It is going to be quick updates- basically touch points- respectful and fun, and super easy to opt out if you choose to! Just click on this link, and be sure to hit the "Opt In" button!

THANK YOU!!! Messenger is growing into an awesome way to connect, second to "in person" of course ?✨.
2. I am playing live so much less now, but piling in soooo much fun. I will be with Mick, Scott and James at La Vie Boheme (421 George St, De Pere) on Friday, February 9 from 8-10 pm.
3. I am the feature vocalist with the Allouez Village Band at the Meyer Theater (117 South Washington Street, Green Bay) on Monday, February 19 at 7 pm. That is quite the awesome gig! We will be doing some nostalgic orchestra numbers the first half and swinging with a big band the second. COME ON DOWN!!- such a beautiful, nostalgic theater as well!!
4. WRITING AND RECORDING! Oh- what I love best! Producer Aaron and I have a really cool tune we are recording vox to next week- layered bass played by Tim Perkins, and layered "Supernatural" vocals and lyrics (what do you think is the name of the song??). We are considering video options, and looking at a release date probably mid-spring. It's "otherworldly!" I have hooked up with a great, great song consultant in Nashville named Shane Adams who is inspiring and demanding- like a personal songwriting trainer- he whips me and my songs into shape! He and Aaron will be both challenging me to continue to improve skills writing, communicating and singing, as I begin my foray into my big album project "Gemini." More on that later--
5. (Sneaking in another point!) There may be hope in resurrecting my fallen "Evergreen" video attempts! YES! Just an inkling... But keep your fingers crossed!! A project for release next November.
You are the best! If there is live TV coverage of any of the pregame hype over in Minneapolis, I will be the one looking like this: Haha!
Stay warm and keep listening to coooool music!
Love to you all ♫♪?✨,
Rändi
